Pet care experience
I have owned and loved dogs and cats my whole life. I am happy to walk long distances or just around the block, or even go to the park if the weather permits! I have taken care of dogs and cats of all ages for friends and family, and will treat your pet with the same amount of care. I am comfortable distributing medicine to animals in pill form with food, and otherwise follow any instructions with attention to detail.

Maggie is nothing but patient and understanding with my 7-year-old cat, who can be a handful. I trust Maggie with my cat 1000% and have also seen her interact very positively with dogs. As a foster fail, Maggie's heart for animals will ensure she treats your fur babies as her own!
Maggie did a wonderful job taking care of my older kitty cat. She needs medication twice daily, and definitely needs attention! When I returned from my trip everything was right as rain and my usually whiney cat seemed content and hardly noticed my absence. I would definitely recommend Maggie for pet sitting. She is conscientious and thorough!

I’d love to know how your dog acts with other animals we may encounter on our walks, for example if they are aggressive towards other dogs and I need to cross the street when approaching one. My schedule can be inconsistent, so knowing how long they may be left alone is helpful so I do not accept a job where I cannot give the amount of care your pet deserves.
A typical day
I love taking dogs on long walks and will be happy to explore your neighborhood with your pup. If there’s a dog park your pet loves, I’d love to take them to their favorite place! Or, if we just stay in the backyard, I can keep them active and entertained with toys and cuddles.

Availability
I work part time in retail and as an actor, so my schedule can be inconsistent week to week, but I usually know my schedule with plenty of notice. I often have full days free to devote to snuggles and playtime.
