I’ve been successfully watching the pets and houses of family, friends, and neighbors since I was 12 years old. I prioritize the needs of pets above all else when they’re in my care. I am mindful that each pet is an individual with varying needs, which is reflected in how I care for my own pet as well. I’m a full-time graduate student with a relatively flexible schedule, so I am available to care for your pets at the best times for you and them. I feed each pet according to exactly what food is provided for them. I never give them outside food to prioritize their health and safety. After feeding and providing water, I always wash their food and water dishes, so please leave a sponge and dish soap to make this possible. Because accidents and rain happen, I also clean up after pets as needed, so please leave out cleaning products and towels as well. I never pick up pets unless they’re on furniture or counters you don’t want them on, as I understand the anxiety of many pets, especially cats, surrounding being picked up. I always follow the instructions and respect the boundaries set by pet owners and care for pets as if they’re my own.
