Pet care experience
I had my first dog at 9 years old, and was able to care for him which included giving insulin via needle. I've dog sat and cat sat for multiple people over the course of the past 14 years. Additionally, I have been able to give medicine orally to dogs, and follow specific instructions when walking dogs with special requirements such as carrying them up/down stairs to help relieve their bad knees.

I live in a home with a fenced in backyard. I do not have any of my own dogs currently, but I do have three cats of my own.
Information Maggie B. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for your dog or cat, I would like to know if they have any special routine such as specific eating times, or having them sit or do a specific command before eating. Knowing what their schedule/routine is would be very helpful so I can keep them as comfortable as possible. I want it to be as if you were never gone, just a different human giving them love and care!
A typical day
I am able to take your dog for a walk/jog/run, given the weather conditions are suitable! I don’t feel comfortable walking late in the evening, given there are wild animals and possibly sketch people, so I try to plan my walks accordingly.

Availability
I work full time during the week with occasional evening/weekend needs, which means my evenings and weekends are the main time frame I am free to care for your pets; with the exception of past client/dog care. I love being around dogs and fluffy animals because I love their companionship, and I hope that I’ll be able to care for yours. Given that I am busy, I would like enough notice prior to scheduling/canceling a walk or service, and I require a meet and greet for new animals to make sure this is the right fit.
