Hi! I have had dogs my entire life, and currently live with THREE dogs of varying sizes, breeds, and personalities. I have always adopted my dogs, so I have learned how to competently care for dogs with anxiety, aggressive tendencies (toward people, other dogs, animals, etc), abnormal fears (the hardwood floor? really?), and much more. I believe that dogs teach us a lot about ourselves, and caring for them is a reward rather than a "job." I have experience using all different kinds of leads (halter, prong collar, chokes, gentle leaders, etc) and feel comfortable and confident walking any kind of dog. I believe that no dog is too big to be a lap dog, and I will play and snuggle with your dog as long as he/she lets me :) I can't wait to meet yours soon!

Maggie is a great "Dog Mom" and always made me feel better about leaving my little guy for long periods of time. I felt like she really enjoyed spending time with my dog because he always looked so happy in all of the pics she would send. I also knew I could trust her to always show up which is a huge stress reliever. I would HIGHLY recommend her as a dog walker! Ruff Ruff for Mags!
Maggie has been a dog owner her entire life. She's rescued over 7 dogs since I've known her and each of those dogs has had its own quirks and energy. Maggie is so great at reading the energy of a new dog and immediately understanding how it needs to be treated. She has housed small dogs with an attitude, large dogs with an appetite, and everything in-between. One thing I've noticed about Maggie is that dogs always seem to be fond of her. I know that she has a special spot in her heart for all animals and perhaps this is what a dog can sense when it first meets her. Maggie is strong, loving, and very responsible. She is always my first choice when looking for a dog-sitter/walker.
Maggie is a true dog lover! Her family has been rescuing adult dogs for over 20 years, so she has a lot of experience with all sorts of pups. Unfortunately some dogs bring a lot of baggage with them to their new forever homes but Maggie has always been super patient, loving, and committed to making them feel safe and comfortable in her care. She is as great at handling the loud and rambunctious babes as she is at cuddling with the sweet and snuggly ones. She shares her current home with an 8 year old Coon-hound/Shepherd mix, a 5 year old Yorkie/Maltese and a 2 year old Beagle/Collie. It's a very diverse canine pack, but Maggie is their favorite human. She is a responsible, fun, and loving adult who has grown up caring for dogs. I 100% recommend her for Rover!
Maggie is exceptionally responsible and extraordinarily kind. She’s cared for her multiple canine best friends since birth, and she really knows how to raise, nurture, and care for dogs. Not only is she great with he furry ones, but she’s a great communicator and just an open, honest human who you can trust with any task. I would entrust Maggie to care for my dog any day.
