Hello, I have been a dog walker in Eugene, Oregon from 2017 to 2020. I am getting back into it again as I am eager to get outside. I also volunteered with a local Cat Rescue as a cat socializer and cat pawsitive trainer. I devote all my attention to furry friends during each interaction. I like to learn and understand anim behavior. I enjoy being outside in all types of Oregon weather (I commute solely by bike and don't own a car) and can relate to dog's love of being active. Dogs match my kind of energy so your dearest pet will have all the attention. I am very thorough and have great customer satisfaction wherever I go. As well as being very friendly and easy going. She took real good care of my Chief, and he doesn't respond well to too many people but got along great with her. That was already a win in my book and would recommend her to anyone looking for good care for their pup.
Magdalena is great with my cat. Since my cat is a picky eater and has special needs, she was very patient, kind and followed instructions perfectly. I would recommend her highly.

Some dogs that are heavy leash pullers are hard for me to hold onto because my knees cannot hold down a pull. In my dog walk experience I only had 1 dog like this. I would like to know this in advance if your dog is very strong. I know some bigger dogs are gentle walkers, so I would love to be matched with your dog type.
A typical day
Oregon is a green dream - usually I love to find some grassy space in any neighborhood to take your dog to. Squeaky toys can come in handy a well. I adjust my walks/runs to the type of dog breed and necessity of the dogs active lifestyle. In the mornings, the dog would be walked as early as needed. I find that 30-1 hour walks are ideal (depending on the breed type and age). Returning home the dog would have a water and food re-fill, in addition to any medications as needed. The dog would be ready continue their day at home.
