Magdalena was very responsive and accommodating. Our drop off and pick up times changed several times due to travel and they were very supportive. Something that really made an impression is the fact that they did not put my dogs in their crates. I’d left the crates just in case, and appreciate them having a freedom to adjust in a new household. We even received pictures of them playing. I’ll definitely be booking them again.
