CVT Student - Petsitting Experience
⭐️ I offer services in the Twin Falls, Idaho area between late August and early May (fall, winter, and early spring). Then, between mid May and early August I offer services for the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area (late spring, summer). If you have any questions about where I'm at at the moment feel free to reach out ⭐️ Hello! My name is Madi. I am a current vet tech student looking to go into small animal medicine after graduation. I have three years of experience in veterinary medicine, with two of those years also being involved in a 4-H veterinary science project. Aside from my experience with veterinary care, I have been petsitting for the last seven years or so. I have cared for small and large breed dogs, cats, and birds. I have a soft spot for dogs as I have six years of prior experience in the 4-H dog project and some occasional AKC competitions. I've taken a break to focus on school; however, I've missed the petsitting aspect of my life. I look forward to meeting and caring for your pets :)

Safety, trust & environment
While I am not currently offering client petcare at my home, I feel very strongly that I can provide a safe environment for your pets in their homes and while walking. Years of experience training my reactive dog has assisted me in learning body language and how to properly avoid uncomfortable situations. While walking, I avoid greetings with other dogs as well as people. This keeps everyone safe and eliminates any possible issues that could arise. While doing drop in visits, I check the state of outdoor yards prior to letting animals out. This avoids possible escape or contact with animals or foreign materials. Additionally, I treat client pets as though they are my own and provide them with the love and care they need to be happy and healthy :)
Ratings and reviews
She was absolutely amazing, she followed written instructions to the t. It was nice to get the daily pictures I downloaded them and made a photo album because my cats never pose for me like they did for her. I don't know what she did. They were actually looking for her the first day I was home. I highly recommend Madisyn and will definitely use her in the future.

Madisyn is a very thoughtful person and a great dog sitter. She has watched our dogs many times and we have never had any issues. When one of our dogs hurt his paw Madisyn texted right way and offered her help in anyway possible, our dog was in great hands. Madisyn is a very sweet and dog loving person you would be lucky to have her watch over your pups.
Madisyn did a wonderful job caring for our pets. She’s responsible, knowledgeable, communicative and cares for our pets as if they were her own. I’d highly recommend her and use her again for pet sitting.
I cannot say enough good things about Madisyn! I have had the pleasure of having her take care of my pets as well as work with her at the Vet Clinic. She is kind, caring, a hard worker, and currently in school to be a vet tech. As a Vet Tech I am very picky about who takes care of my pets. I do not worry about them when Madisyn is watching them. If you want a smart, knowledgeable person taking care of your pets, choose Madisyn!
Excellent caregiver. My pets were always well cared for and happy when I got home. She is timely, organized, thorough and loving with my pets. She can follow directions very well for pets individual needs or medications. Very capable and great with animal handling.
Madi is absolutely amazing! She is the only person I feel comfortable leaving my dogs and home with. I hired her originally to just come check in and feed them on long trips and she went above and beyond! She took them for walks at least once a day, she played with them, she taught them tricks, she loved them. She is their favorite person. Madi is the type of person you could leave money on the table and she won't touch it. She is respectful of the home and the homeowner's wishes. She doesn't wander or explore the home. I 100% trust her while out of town.

Schedule
I am currently in vet tech school full-time; however, I am hoping to incorporate petcare back into my schedule. I have taken a short break from petcare to focus on school, but I've found that I miss it! In the past, I was able to incorporate petcare into my schedule effectively for both drop in visits and dogwalking. I can provide petcare on most weekdays (depending on the current schooling load) and on weekends. Feel free to message me with any scheduling questions!
