Throughout my life, I have always grown up with dogs in my house due to my entire family's love for animals. Since I've been born my immediate family has had a number of dogs, ranging from a Rottweiler-lab mix to a much smaller and sassier Bichon Frise. My extended family also has contributed to the dog collection that surrounded me with each set of aunts and uncles having at least 2 dogs of their own. Having all these pets around me as I was growing up has now equipped me to be super welcoming to all dogs and flexible to their individual needs. I have house sat many times for most of my family and their dogs, particularly my aunt who has an elderly German Shepard that has required a lot of medication and special instruction over the years so I'm very comfortable dealing with the specific needs of a dog. I have also expanded to house-sitting for neighbors and family friends as well as taking their dogs out for bathroom breaks while they have long days at work. I love exercising so have have no problems with energetic dogs that love walking, running, and playing.
