I LOVE dogs! I used to pet sit for a family friend who had a pet sitting business in Washington and she taught me a lot of things when it comes to working with new dogs. I really try to make things easier on your dog by sticking to their normal routine and giving them tons of attention but I also am quite strict when it comes to behavioral issues. I've even taught my own beagle mix to "kiss it better" if he ever plays too rough! I'm normally available most days of the week, but I do run my own business and occasionally need to fill in on jobs. I've been attacked by a dog before so I am slightly afraid of super large dogs, but it honestly depends on the dog. I've taken care of three massive collies before and they were the sweetest things with lots of personality. I do prefer taking care of medium to smaller sized breeds and would prefer not to take care of aggressive dog breeds.
A typical day
I love going to Heath Park! There's also a pretty nice dog park by the infantry museum which occasionally has a good amount of dogs there.
