I am a certified professional dog trainer who's main focus is on your pets happiness. I use only positive reinforcement training methods and have a soft spot for working with dogs with behavioral issues. I understand that every dog is unique and always strive to make their day as enriching as possible. A tired dog is a happy dog. I've been pet sitting and dog walking on the side for years now, both dogs and cats alike, and love making new four legged friends.

Have used her twice now and both times she’s been communicative, on time and leaves the cutest pictures for me to review along with a summary. Love it!
My dogs felt immediately comfy with Maddie, she is friendly, answers quickly, showed up on time and we could tell from our ring alarm that the dogs were enjoying themselves. Will definitely use her again!!

For me, just knowing what your dogs typical day looks like will be the biggest thing. I think it's important to keep them on their schedule to reduce any stress that not having mom or dad around can cause. And then a list of things they like/dislike or any fears or triggers to watch out for.
A typical day
Every dog is different in what they find to be a fulfilling day so it will really depend on the dog. Do they like to go for sniff walks? Do they prefer to hang out in the house or yard and do puzzle games or training? Maybe playing with a flirt pole or the chuck it is more their speed. I try my best to understand what each dogs preferences are and will never push them to do something they aren't happy doing.
