Overall I rate a 4 out of 5, when I dropped off my babies I felt they were in good hands and would enjoy their stay. When I picked them up, I could tell they did enjoy their stay! They were tired and slept mostly for the next 2 days! I do have a few cons. Con #1 - When I picked them up them they had a very bad shelter/kennel, before being cleaned odor, it’s like a pee/poo odor and it was strongggg. (I used to work in a shelter and that’s what the smell reminded me of) Con #2 - They were super thirsty when I got them, they were trying to drink from my water bottle in the car and from the shower water when I bathed them. My assumption is that they just didn’t have water the day I picked them up. (Pick up was at 3p). Con #3, I didn’t receive any pictures their whole 4 night stay, I love getting pics of my babies while I’m away and that’s a very high priority for me, (anxious attachment style and worried pet parent here lol). She did get locked out of her account on the third day, so that’s understandable. Pro #1 - I received text updates everyday they stayed, minus the day she got locked out. As soon as she was able to get back in however, I received a text saying they were doing good. Pro #2 - They seemed to be on schedule with the daily routines and taken care of. I would take my dogs there again only if I know I have time to bathe them right after. I appreciate Madison for watching my babies!
