Pet care experience
I’ve always had a strong love for animals! My late and current dog were both rescued from shelters. I’ve watched cats and dogs since I was 15 and started watching them more frequently when I started college. I love animals and believe they should live as good as humans. My dog is 15 years old and her health is a testament to this belief! My #1 goal is to ensure your animals are comfortable, happy and safe in my care at all times.

If you’re looking for someone to provide care for your pet(s), you should definitely consider Maddie. She’s looked after my families puppy numerous times, which has allowed us to confidently go on vacations, family outings, etc. knowing that our puppy, Sunny, is taken care of. She goes above and beyond by ensuring our girl is walked, fed, played with, and takes all medicine needed. If you’re looking for a personable and reliable pet sitter, Maddie is definitely the way to go!
As someone who grew up with Madison, I can confirm that she is a literal animal whisperer. And with small children too. They seem to flock to her wherever she goes, and it’s as if they can sense her overflowing love for them from afar. I have never seen anyone as passionate about animals as madison, and if anyone stepped into her home and met her perfectly cared for and healthy happy pet dogs and cats, they too would immediately see for themselves the genuine care madison holds for those furry creatures. Not only is she attentive and responsible with her pets’ needs, she also showers every single one of them with such love and affection that even seeing her interact with an animal puts me in a great mood. Her warmth and unconditional love is contagious!!

I think it’s important to ensure pets have active time to play. I take part in this both indoor and outdoor (depending on parents preference). I also think it’s important to stay in close proximity to animals to ensure they are not getting into things around the house. Of course, I also love to give animals lots of love and hugs to help build trust and a bond between the two of us.

I like to know if dogs have any behavioral, mental or physical challenges to better cater to their needs. I like to prepare for pups with a difference or any challenges by ensuring I can properly care for them. I don’t want to put any animal at risk, so I will not accept a job unless I am 100% I can care for them in the best way possible.
A typical day
I like to cater activities to what the dogs interests are. That being said, some popular ones include playing frisbee or catch outside or inside. Another would be going over some basic training with younger dogs. Lastly, I love when dogs love car trips to go to get ice cream, go to the beach, or visit the pet store!

Availability
I work 8-4pm everyday, but am free outside of these hours. Also, I work from home Mondays and Fridays, so I’m available to host on those days. There is room for flexibility - especially on weekends.
