I love trail running with dogs!
Pet care experience
I love spending time outdoors especially when I have a dog to accompany me! If your dog is spending time with me I can guarantee the two of us will spending time either on a hike or on a run. I promise to return them well-loved and hopefully tired! I do have a dog of my own that will join us on the trail, she's a great hostess. I am happy to go on multiple runs per-day, especially if your dog can run off-leash. I prefer that your dog is leash trained but I am willing to work on it with them as long as they are friendly to people and other dogs. I currently work primarily from home and have loads of free time! I am happy to do overnight stays during the week or stay for the weekend.

madison is wonderful! super sweet and personable and maggie had a blast with her and rue. very communicative with messages and photos. mags is already asking when she can go run through the orchards again.
Madison is just the best! She has a calm demeanor and has great communication skills. Ellie adores her and had the best time. I felt safe and confident leaving my pup with her over night as well as her grabbing the pup from our home. So far Madison is one of the best i've hired and we will be using her again for sure 100%. xoxo

Our home has a fenced yard, but I also have access to an orchard that is non fenced. Rue knows the boundaries of the orchard and gets to run off leash if I'm outside with her. Rue is crate trained and takes breaks throughout the day in her crate in addition to when I'm not home.

A typical day
My go-to running spots are upper park, a family orchard and trails near my home. However, as the snow melts off I will spending as much time as possible hiking around Mt. Lassen and the Jonesville area.

Availability
It will fit into my current daily schedule, Rue and I walk at least once a day, usually twice. When we are home I typically have enrichment toys or activities to keep the dogs engaged.
