Excellent service. Madison did everything as promised. She is intelligent, personable, and caring. Charlie was well cared for and happy. Her location is easy to find and near the galleria in Hoover. The only problem is in a third floor apartment with no elevator if handicapped.

I love Madison because she is super sweet and caring, and always there when someone needs her. She’s not afraid to work hard and get dirty, she’s used to babysit 4 little boys ranging in age from 7 to 1, and things would get very chaotic very fast, but she has always rolled with the punches and changed the diapers without hesitation. She’s very loving and empathetic, and always answers the phone when I need to talk, even if it’s 3 am. We’ve always grown up with dogs, ranging from a chihuahua mix to a French mastiff, and she was always their favorite, because she always made sure they were fed, had fresh water, and took them to the park to see the other fur babies all the time, and she never got tired of petting and cuddling on the couch. She’s always my first pick when I go out of town and need someone to babysit my traumatized shelter cat that’s scared of everyone. She is so patient with him, and never tries to overstep any of his boundaries. He takes medication at night and she never forgets to give it to him, just how he likes it, in his wet food placed in his cubby. She’s just the most loving and patient person I’ve ever known.
