I grew up around animals, working on my grandparents’ ranch and helping to care for horses, cows, sheep, chickens, ducks, cats, and dogs. I’ve always found working with animals to come quite naturally for me. I first began pet sitting during high school, and in recent years I’ve fostered for a few local rescues, taking care of and helping to socialize dogs who are up for adoption. My husband and I adopted our own rescue, Leroy, in February 2020 before the pandemic and are so grateful we did! We live in Loma Mar, close to lots of great trails and dog-friendly beaches! I work from home during the week. Leroy and I love spending time with other dogs, and especially enjoy taking them with us to explore our beautiful neighborhood coastline! I tend to talk often to Leroy and the dogs I’m caring for, and treat them more like little humans. The dogs I grew up with were treated like members of the family, and I will treat your dog with the same kindness and respect.
