Madison was a very nice person but I think she could improve upon her communication. I received less updates than I am used to with other Rovers that I have used in the past. Unfortunately she didn’t communicate that there was going to be another man in the house which personally made me very uncomfortable. I think as a dog owner you should have the right to at least be informed. I also left a Kong and she forgot to put it back in our bag. By the time she asked us to come back for the kong we were already too far away and we live very far from her house. The houses cleanliness was a little concerning as well, all of my dogs personal items and even my dogs were returned with a strong odor.

Madison did amazing with our two senior cats while my husband and I were on vacation. She was gentle and caring with them and also administered medication and made sure to give us regular updates. She made sure that the litter box was clean and they were properly fed and had clean water at all times. She even took time out of your day to stay over and play with them.
