Pet care experience
Dogs have been apart of my life since I was born. My family has always had 3-4 dogs on our farm in North Dakota and many of my years there were spent raising puppies and other animals including cats, chickens, goats, pigs, sheep, cows, horses, rabbits…the whole McDonald farm. I’ve always held a deep love and appreciation for all animals. I’ve cared for puppies who are a bit wild and need more watching to seniors who need eye drops and medication. I’ve also ranged from mini poodles to Saint Bernards. I enjoy walking/running with the dogs, playing ball, or just hanging out around the house.

Madison was an absolutely fabulous house and pet sitter. We left Madison in charge of our cocker spaniel, two cats and rabbit for two weeks, as a live-in house/pet sitter. She was responsible for walking, feeding and being a live-in companion for the dog and taking care of our house during our summer vacation. Our dog adored all the affection Madison provided and was much happier than she would have been going to a kennel. He communication was excellent and we received daily messages with photos of the pets to keep us informed. Madison was respectful of our house and left the property immaculately clean for our return. Madison would be welcome back any time to pet-sit again, and I am sure our dog will be delighted to see her! She is trustworthy, caring and respectful, and I am happy to recommend her to anyone needing her services on Rover.
Madison is the absolute best! She took care of our four fur babies for an extended time period by house sitting and we are so happy with everything she did! She kept us updated on our puppies and made sure they were all well taken care of. Would highly recommend Madison to anyone in need of Rover services. Thank you so much, Madison! Maddie is the biggest animal lover I know, and that really is saying a lot. Our dogs, a lab and a puggle, ADORE her. Our puggle has the biggest over excited reaction whenever she sees her. I wouldn't trust anyone more than Maddie with our fur babies. A bonus...she's a fantastic people person, too!
Madison is a very compassionate dog lover. She has always had dogs in her life and has taken on getting them to the vet, combing/brushing, feeding and watering them. She loves spending time with dogs.

Some dogs can be a little bit timid at first, but we always become friends :)
Information Madison F. would like to know about your pet
I'd like to know any special assistance that your dog requires. As well as things that the dog tends to do (ex. run after cats, get into fights with other dogs) I don't have any breed preference. I honestly love them all.
A typical day
It’s fun to see how many different types of personalities dogs can have. Some love to play fetch while others will only run with the ball or could care less. I love the walks & have my fun exploring different areas with them if it’s available.

Availability
I work from home so when I’m dogsitting I have ample time to spend with the dogs and am able to let them out throughout the day. The best time of day for walks is the morning or evening, but I can do shorter ones during the day as well.
