Pet care experience
I grew up around dogs and cats majority of my life--my family always had a family dog and we've cared for many cats and litters of kittens several times. Currently, I have two cats of my own, Mew and Mochi, that I've had for almost 4 years. Due to my limited space, I don't own a dog now but I volunteer at the Tri-Cities Animal Shelter off and on (when my schedule allows) walking dogs to get my puppy fix. I love being able to help my community through my love for animals. I also help my family and friends with their cats by checking in on them daily when they are away.

Madison took great care of our senior cat, Fassy, during a four-day trip away. She was reliable, responsive, engaged, and very capable; in the area of pet care and with miscellaneous household details such as package deliveries. She clearly loves furry friends, and we could tell from the pictures and his responses to her that our big guy loved her back! We highly recommend Madison and wouldn’t hesitate to have her come again!
Madison will love and care for your animals as much as you do♡ She has pet sit my kitties for me. They adore her, so I know she is very good with them! Nothing better than knowing your pets are in good hands!!! Highly recommend Madison!
I've known Madison for well over 20 years now and have been able to she her grow up with all kinds of animals that her family has owned. I cannot say enough her love for living beings, especially the furry kinds, and her favorites dogs, cats. The love she has extended to my own furbabies has been so appreciated and I can rest assure that they are in responsible hands when I am not able to be with my German Shepherd and Yorkie.
Madison loves animals and uses her intuition to help her identify what your special companion needs and wants. Animals are drawn to her. (P.S. I remember when her pet guinea pig used to sleep with her. :))

I am only available to do home visits/check-ins and dog walks at this time. Besides routine check-ins, I can spend some quality time with your pets (both dogs and cats and if they are receptive to the attention), acknowledging them and showing them love to ensure they are in good spirits when you return home. I also appreciate written instructions on caring for your pet(s) (food, play, walks, etc.) if there are certain specifics that need to be followed.

A typical day
I will walk dogs within the neighborhood where your home is located and if not a walk, I will play fetch or tug with the dog(s) to help burn through any pent-up energy. If your home does not provide the means for a walk nearby, I will require a longer booking (e.g. 1 hour) to account for drive time to and from a walking path/park to ensure adequate exercise. If cats are attentive or responsive, I will always want to play with cats using toys provided in the home.

Availability
At this time, my schedule changes a lot which means I am not always available at the exact times you request or able to consistently check on a pet at the same time each day (if multiple days are requested). I can't guarantee being available to check on your pets at a requested set time you might ask for, but I can promise to check on them in a day where my schedule is open. I will transparently communicate my availability when you reach out to inquiry about a booking. Please refer to my calendar availability for the days I currently have open in the coming weeks. I try my best to keep my schedule updated as far out as I can.
