Pet care experience
From fish to feline and beyond, animals are always welcome in my heart. I spent a over 3 years as a pet care specialist, completed formal training to become a dog trainer, and have been a pet sitter for many years. I have volunteered at APLs and even a reptile rescue. On top of this, I’ve had pets my whole life, even spending a hand-full of years fostering. I am always excited to learn more about each pet so that I can give the best care possible.
Reviews
Madison was a godsend for us. She watched our dog Kuma while we were gone for 2 weeks and took great care of the house. We returned and it was exactly as we left it. Kuma has severe separation anxiety and Madison was great about communicating with us before and during the stay and working with us leading up to the trip to ensure that Kuma had the support she needed while we were gone. Thank you Madison!
Madison is our go to pet sitter! She’s amazing!
My moody French bulldog loved Madison, he gets so excited every time he sees her. She is a wonderful dog sitter who is so caring and trustworthy. I’m so glad I found her!
This is the second time Madison has watched our pup and did another amazing job. She always sends photos just when your missing your pet. She is also very responsive to communication and flexible to changes. She is definitely our go to sitter now!

Patience and observation go a long way with pets. Each animal is unique. I tailor my care around what that pet responds well to. I make note of what to avoid as well. Once that base is established, I sprinkle in unique experiences for fun. In the end, your pet will feel fully seen, safe and satisfied. I'm looking forward to becoming the “cool aunt” of your wonderful pets. Thank you for your consideration.
Information Madison D. would like to know about your pet
Any health concerns or needs should be disclosed. Medication dosage and frequencies. Any triggers that would upset your buddy so I can avoid it (does your pet hate being touched on it’s legs- being around dogs- loud noises? I’ll remember!) Your pet’s favorite games, toys, activities, treats, etc. so we can have a great time. Dietary needs and restrictions.
A typical day
For dogs: Walking as much as they like, fetch in the park, snuggles on the couch, puzzles and games. We will have a fun time that fits into your pup’s unique needs. For cats: cuddles, play time, and respect for their independence. Walks too, if they’re the daring type! Whether your kitty is shy or outgoing, it’s going to be a stress-free stay. Fish, lizards, small mammals, etc.: if I happen to not be educated on your pet yet, I will do my due diligence beforehand. My experience with animals is diverse, so I understand the importance of knowledge, curiosity, and attention to detail around animal care. For all: photos regularly shared, for your peace and joy.

Availability
I work from home full-time as a program manager, that means in between meetings your buddy will get lots of attention. Going on walks is part of my routine- even when I’m not dog sitting. And if your pet loves snuggles, that’s all the better for me!
