Pet care experience
Hi I’m Maddie and I’d love to meet your pets! I worked as a veterinary assistant for the past two years, so I’ve dealt with all different types of animal personalities and sizes! I have experience and I’m comfortable taking vital signs on pets and giving medications, injections, and fluids. I’m currently finishing up my biology pre-veterinary degree, and would love spend my free time with your furry friends!

I’d like to know the basic things like temperament, allergies, and any medical issues. For any reactive pets, knowing their triggers and fears is important as well. I don’t mind any reactive animals as long as I’m told in advance!
A typical day
I’m a big fan of enrichment toys and treats for pets and playing to get energy out! I’m also able to take pets for walks in safer walking neighborhoods, or simply just give them company when they’re alone!

I have classes and work part time during the week so I have weekends available. I am also open to caring some evening/nights and mornings depending on my schedule.
