Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs and cats growing up my whole life, and I had a shared dog with my previous partner named Bowser. He is a 5 1/2 year old English bulldog/sharpei mix and he will always be my pride and joy :) unfortunately since my partner and I are no longer together, I do not get to see Bowser as often as I would like but I still get time with him here and there! Fortunately, my sister has a 1 year old English bulldog who I frequently babysit and take on walks when her and her fiancé are working and/or on vacation. I have been helping out with him since he was only 8 weeks old, so I have experience taking care of younger pups. My step-sister also has 3 dogs and 1 cat all of different ages/sizes/breeds that I’ve taken care of multiple times before. I have stayed over her house for extended periods of time watching over the animals.

On time, great communication!
Madison is great with pets. She watched our older dog frequently and was his regular dog walker. She treated him like he was her own. Our dog had some medical issues and Madison always made sure he got his medications timely. We felt very comfortable leaving Jack in her care. We highly recommend her!
Madison is excellent with dogs… I have a one year old rambunctious 65lb English Bulldog with a TON of personality, and Madison is amazing with him. Not only can puppies be challenging, but working with a stubborn-by-nature puppy is next level and Madison has the talent and patience needed for this pup. Madison has cultivated a bond with my boy where he listens, follows commands, and most importantly respects her … he truly adores her and I’m so lucky to have her in our lives. I work a full-time demanding job, and sometimes giving my pup the attention he deserves during the work day is a challenge. Madison’s help allows me to focus on my work as I know that my pup is well cared for. She is super easy to work with, very responsive, incredibly kind and LOVES my dog. I couldn’t ask for more in a dog sitter / walker. She is a real gem if you get an opportunity to work with her!

I will not be taking any pets into my home, but I will respect any handling/caring procedures put in place by the clients. For example, if there is an electric yard I will make sure the dog has on his electric collar before going out, I will always have a dog on the leash unless given permission otherwise, and I will crate if necessary or preferred.

A typical day
I love going on walks and having a buddy by my side always makes the walks more enjoyable! I have a few parks I frequently like to go to (Strouds Preserve, Everhart Park, Barclay Park) that are great for dogs who like to get in some exercise. We can check out all the nearby smells and have a great time playing and exploring together :)

I just recently got laid off from my job, so I have full-time availability Monday-Sunday (most weeks) to dedicate my time to dog and cat walking and/or sitting.
