Madison might now love Ruby more than I do! :). (Kidding of course, but it was clear she loved hanging with Ruby and was willing to "put up" with any of her shortcomings, like when she can be a bit licky when she's curious / wants to say hello to someone new. And when she barks at drop-off because of her anxiety.) She clearly had read Ruby's profile and knew some of the training phrases I used. And broadly, she was aware of things like managing dogs/puppies with high value treats. Said another way: she is prepared for taking care of dogs and proactively prepared herself to take care of Ruby.

Out of the 380 high school seniors that I worked with in 2017/18, Madison is the ONE I tell others to watch for in the future. She has a natural and practical business sense, displays professionalism at all times, and is poised in her ability to communicate verbally and through writing. This was evident in the work she did for me as an intern and also as an international qualifier with the business organization DECA. A native of Ecuador, Madison has spent most of her life in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. Madison is comfortable collaborating with her peers, brings ease to those she works with, thereby increasing participation in relational and group settings. She has a high intellectual capacity, and I have seen her only use it in a constructive manner; she is not one to boast or criticize. You don’t just want Madison on your team; you want her leading your team. :)
