This was my second time booking drop-in visits with Madison for my cat. The first booking, she was very late for several of the requested times, which she apologized for and refunded me the fees. I wanted to give her another chance, since she seemed genuinely upset about missing the scheduled visits. This second time, I requested 5 visits, and she was on time for all except the last day. I requested that she visit at 7:30am, and she did not show until 11am (she also did not respond to a message I sent her around 9:45am inquiring about it). According to my Ring camera, she only stayed 5 minutes but logged the visit as 30 minutes on the Rover check in card. Additionally, I had another visit set for 5:30pm, but when I arrived home from my trip around 6:45pm, Madison had not yet completed the visit. I’m disappointed that she was unreliable again because I enjoyed meeting her and appreciated her enthusiasm in caring for my cat. Madison’s poor communication and lack of integrity (she never messaged me about why she was so late for the visits) are concerning when I’m leaving my cat in her care while I am out of town. I would hesitate to book her again, given this pattern of behavior.

Madison house sat for us again and did a great job, even did some cleaning!
