Pet care experience
My parents had dogs before I was even born - they were both rescues. One a pittie mix and one a golden retriever mix. Sadly, both had passed by the time I was in fourth grade. My family adopted a purebred yellow lab a few months after the passing of our pittie. I walked him, brushed him, bathed him, and when he developed diabetes, I measured his blood sugar twice a day and administered insulin twice a day. Sadly, he passed away from canine MLS when I was a junior in high school. I started pet sitting on Rover in 2021 and have made great connections. I went on a brief respite but am back on the platform!

Madison was so communicative and sweet! One of my dogs got sick while we were gone and she was great about updates and asking questions. She left the house in a great state, probably the best someone has cared for our home. She was quick to respond and followed all of our instructions. I will say she could take more pictures to send while owners are gone. We will definitely be rebooking!!

I've watched senior dogs and puppies - I've also handled dogs of all sizes. I have experience with cats as well and have found they are much lower maintenance. I am happy to watch all pets! As long as a list of your pet's needs are made clear, I can assure there will be no issues.

Please let me know if they have separation anxiety and if they require a lot of attention while you are away. I want to make sure they are comfortable and at ease! If your dog does have severe separation anxiety, please let me know if there are any specific toys or scents that can help them relax.
A typical day
I take them on walks and make sure to engage them in play. I live in Cambridgeport, a very residential area with parks everywhere. I will not let them off lead unless they have done so with you in the past. I am also willing to meet before hand to make sure you and your pet are comfortable with me.
