I am a huge dog (and every other animal) lover! I grew up with dogs, cats, horses, goats, hamsters...you name it. I love to be around animals and would love to watch over your furry friend(s) while you are away! I have experience taking care of dogs with all kinds of different needs. I have plenty of experience giving insulin shots and mixing up special kinds of feed (including with medications if need be), as I have a dog with diabetes that requires this kind of care daily and at specific times of the day. On top of this, I have another dog who was born with neurological issues and is handicapped - he has a hard time walking long distances because of a curve in his spine that causes his back right leg to give him issues. :( I also give him medications for this every day, which are different with his morning and evening meals. For the most part, I can be available 7 days a week at almost any time of the day. I am 20 years old and working towards getting my Pilots License. As a true animal lover and dog person, I am looking for something fun to do on the side that will help me get through flight training. I am very active and don't mind going for long walks or even jogging with your dog! I will treat your dog as if it my own, as I believe all animals should be loved unconditionally and treated the same!
