Madelyn was amazing! We are from SC and had to travel to Richmond abruptly, due to a family emergency. We did not have time to book a sitter for our GSD and were panicking when we had to get a hotel that wouldn’t allow him there. Madelyn responded to my booking request almost immediately and was more than willing to help in any way. Madelyn sent me so many pictures of Rocky and responded fast every time I wanted to check in. Madelyn made sure Rocky was safe and taken care of. Anybody needing pet sitting/services in the Richmond area should definitely book with Madelyn! I know that we will :)
