Pet care experience
I have never lived in a house without a cat or dog-for most of my life, I have either owned a pet or been trusted by friends and neighbors to take care of theirs. I know how hard it can be to trust others with your pets because I'm away from my cat for the semester and worry about him every day. I would love to be able to give you the peace of mind that your pets are well taken care of on walks and weekends away.

Madelyn is someone who is extremely caring and loving to every pet she meets. She has watched my senior (15) cat for me when I have been away, and she not only followed my directions, but also went out of her way to get her some new toys and treats while spending extra time with her to make sure she wasn’t lonely. If you’re looking for someone who puts their entire heart into taking care of animals, Madelyn is definitely the right choice!

I love taking dogs on walks around the neighborhood! DC has so many beautiful parks and streets that we can explore. With cats, I'll make sure they get exercise if they like to play or I'm just as happy to respect their independence and let them go about their days.

I'm currently working a remote internship that is very flexible with my hours, so I am available at almost any hour on both weekdays and weekends! I also take two evening classes per week, but they only last roughly two hours.
