Hello! My name is Madelyn. I am 23 years old, from SC, and now am living with my boyfriend, In Charlotte to save money so that I can continue to attend nursing school! We both have one fur baby named Emma. She is a sweet black lab who loves to play and cuddle. I previously owned many dogs as a child and two cats. However, that's only a fraction of my experience taking care of animals. I used to work at a a nonprifit shelter named PETSinc. As an adoption counselor and kennel worker I would find great homes and families for cats and dogs of all ages, and also foster the young and sick until they were able to be adopted. I am in love with all types of animals and have NO ALLERGIES. I know how to train animals (specially dogs and cats). I can leash and potty train! I have taken care of cats and dogs as young as 2 weeks and nurtured them to stay alive without their mothers. I also am used to working with more than 15 dogs/puppies AND 20+ kittens/cats at the same time By Myself in the shelter and maintained a clean and nurturing environment. I have plenty of experience working with veterinarians and vet techs. I have given plenty of scheduled medications and even nursed sick and malnourished animals back to health.
