Though I always had a love for animals (you have to, to adopt four of your own!) I never considered pet care to be a realistic career until I was laid off. Though it was at first born out of necessity, I soon discovered that dog walking and pet-sitting provided a great way for me to further develop my business skills and lend my maternal talents. I bring with me a wealth of knowledge caring for my own four dogs, Bane, Harley, Ivy and Clarke—one of which is a Jack Russell, a breed that’s known for being cunning escape artists, and who definitely keeps me on my toes! My pups are extremely social and LOVE keeping my clients’ pets company when boarding in my home. I grew up with dogs and have a great deal of experience introducing dogs to each other, keeping everyone safe, and caring for all types of sizes, breeds and temperaments. I am also the proud mama of two grown children, a 26 year old son and an 18 year old daughter. Taking care of others is part of my DNA and it’s something I’ve been doing well for a very long time. I also have 20 years of office experience, which taught me to be very on point with my schedule and to provide the highest level of customer service possible. I’m a responsible, loving and active person who enjoys putting others first and that includes your pup as well! My devotion to the animals comes from my heart and I feel grateful that I’m able to spend my day-to-day life serving the pets in my care.
