I've grown up with anywhere between one and three dogs in the house at any given time (sometimes five if we were watching some family members dogs). Before I moved to LA I worked in a dog daycare/boarding facility as well that saw 50 dogs a day at most. As far as an all-day dog care routine would go, I would start first thing in the morning by taking them out to go potty, then give them their breakfast (feeding schedule permitting). Then I would play with them, and let them rest for a bit and take them out as needed throughout the day. Around 5:00/6:00PM I would give them dinner (unless you have a different feeding schedule, of course) then take them out for a nice evening walk before bed. My schedule is very flexible with pretty much every morning and late afternoons free. I do have some shows at night and classes that I take intermediately in the evenings and between noon-2:00 on weekdays. I'm pretty easy going, and am fine with texting, talking on the phone, email- however you would prefer to get in touch with me is fine, really. I know it might seem weird that I don't have a dog, but I have roommates that both have dogs so we are at dog capacity in my house right now. I still help out by taking them out to go to the bathroom, play with them, and feed them if needed.
