While we believe that Madeline took care of our dog when she did her daily walks, she wasn’t dependable. We used her on a regular basis. She mixed up her dates once and my dog ended up having to stay in her crate for a really long time until I could get back from work. I would also book in advance and my reservation would sit there waiting for her to accept. I’d have to remind her multiple times to accept. Her daily updates were really short. I would also send a cancellation request and that would not be accepted in time and I would get charged extra for last minute cancellations when they weren’t really “last minute”. In short, I would not use her. Ever again

Madeline has walked our 2 dogs on numerous occasions when for whatever reason we were unable to get in their daily exercise. She has always done the job above our expectations and went so far as to ask if there was any type of treat the dogs may not be allowed. She treated them like a daycare would treat a child. We hope to continue our relationship with her
