Pet care experience
Hello, I’m Madeline and I attend the University of Oklahoma. I have grown up around all sorts of animals, especially dogs. Having a grandma who was a championship dog breeder, I have learned how to care for animals in the best way possible for the animal. I have shadowed in a veterinary clinic and learned how to deal with hurting and frightened animals in a way that soothes and calms the animal. On top of my experience with animals (including dog sitting in home and at my own home), I deeply care and have an adoration in my heart for all animals! I love meeting new furry friends and being able to play with them, walk them, and make them feel loved while their parents are away. I can’t wait to meet my new clients!

Madeline was FANTASTIC! Super sweet!!!! I am, of course like us all, VERY particular about who I entrust with the well being of my girl Emmie who’s getting older (?) but still has the ❤️ of a puppy... And Madeline went above n beyond for me, spent more time than she had to..stayed n loved on Emmie. ***And!!.. On my day I was to come home I had received severe weather alerts on my phone and at this point Madeline had already come by and taken care of Emmie that AM which would have been her last visit... well, once I got these alerts and knowing my dog has seriously injured herself (requiring surgery only a few wks prior) by trying to bust out the fence at the first sign of iffy weather, plus over the yrs with her few successful escapes out of panic, I’ve been so blessed to have my amazing neighbors intercept her when I haven’t made it home in time... Knowing all this- I started reaching out to Madeline. Even though she had ZERO obligation to help me out, she still sweetly and generously responded to my desperate pleas, stopped whatever she was doing and immediately was at my house in MINUTES to put Em safely inside her kennel for me with fresh water, a lil treat and from what I’ve come to learn about Madeline- lots of lovey ❤️ And texts me a pic to my mind and heart rate (?) at ease. I would recommend Madeline in a heartbeat and she will always be welcome in my home. Thanks again doll!!!
So glad to meet Madeline! Many people mention dogs, but I asked if she'd be interested in caring for our cats. Grateful for her care of them. Happy to receive photos and messages along the way. Look forward to next time.

I would like to know how the dog is socialized with other humans and other dogs. I have two friendly dogs of my own, so if it were an in house job, I would need to know how the dog interacts with other dogs.
A typical day
My favorite place to walk my own dogs or any dog I am dog sitting, is on the park trails around my neighborhood for a change of scenery and some shade under the trees. I also enjoy playing with the dog and some toys either in the backyard for fetch/frisbee or out at a park.
