I have had over a dozen dogs, ranging from small Chihuahuas to giant Burmese Mountain Dogs. I have been dogsitting for friends and family for years, and used to volunteer at the Humane Society as a dog walker. For dogsitting I am only available on the weekends for full time care, as I work a 9-5 job. However, if your dog can last during the work day alone, I can care for your dog as long as you need and during the week. I absolutely love dogs and a whole mess of other animals, including cats, birds, and rodents. I've personally had dogs, cats, birds, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, and newts. Dogs are by far my favorite, and I tend to get along with even very picky and shy dogs.
