Pet care experience
I grew up with boxers and recently helped train my parents’ pitbull, but I have experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes. I have taken care of pets with special needs, including a senior golden with bad knees and a complex medication regiment, and a 3-legged cat. I have walked dogs in the snowy Wyoming winters as well as the sweltering DC summers, so I am experienced with using a variety of coats, booties, and harnesses.

I don’t have any pets, children, or roommates, so your pet will have my undivided attention! I live near several trails where we could walk in the woods, and there is plenty of space for them to run around if you are comfortable with them being let off leash.

Please let me know if your dog has any food sensitivities, separation anxiety, is reactive to other dogs, or has any other issues I should know about. If they sleep on the furniture or bed, please bring a blanket or sheet for them to sleep on top of.
A typical day
I like to walk the dogs several times a day, including at least one longer walk on a trail that goes through the woods behind my apartment building. There is also a dog park nearby where I am happy to take your dog if you would like me to!

I work from home on Thursdays and Fridays, so I would love to watch your pet Wednesday nights through Sunday nights! I aim to give your dog at least one longer walk a day and several shorter ones, depending on their needs.
