Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Madeline. I am looking for new pet sitting clients! Currently I am a full time veterinary technician and I am looking to find some pet sitting jobs on the side. I have experience working with dogs of all shapes and sizes! I have worked with dogs that have behavior concerns and I have a background in working with shelter dogs. I’ve worked with a number of different pieces of training equipment (gentle leaders, easy walk harnesses, etc) and would be able to continue to work with your dog on existing training protocols while I am taking care of them. I’m comfortable working with dogs that have medical coonditions because of my veterinary background. My schedule is flexible and I am available for overnight care and morning/evening walks. I have experience working with other species as well, not just our canine friends! I love cats and have a lot of experience with exotic pets. I offer exotic pet boarding in my home and house visits.

Madeline did drop in visits for our 2 cats for 4 days while we were on vacation. We met her prior to the trip, introduced her to the cats and reviewed their routine and daily needs. She was friendly and knowledgeable and we were confident that our kitties were in good hands. We received updates and pictures while we were away and came home to clean litter and happy cats. Madeline is an experienced and caring animal lover and we highly recommend her.

Madeline is the best! I needed a pet sitter who also had experience as a vet tech, because my cat has chronic kidney disease and needs subcutaneous fluids administered regularly. Madeline genuinely cares so much about animals, she communicates well and is totally reliable. I highly recommend her!

I practice safe walking protocols and ensure that the dogs are secure while they are on walks with me. I will make sure that I keep to a schedule that you provide and that your pets are treated the same way they would be if you were home with them!

Availability
Currently I work full time sunday-Tuesday and Fridays from 12pm-10pm. I am typically available for overnights starting at 9pm, and drop in visits/walks on my days off. I’d be available to pet sit around that schedule.
