Madeline is the only pet sitter that both my pets and I trust. She updates regularly, sending pictures/videos frequently - which puts my mind at ease when I'm travelling. Madeline is also fantastic with instructions; I provided her with printed instructions for those tedious behaviors/tasks that comes along with being a pet owner. For example, my dog is on medication and my cat must be fed separately from her. Madeline included my instructions in her updates, reiterating what she was doing so I didn't feel the need to ask an excessive amount questions to double check if things were being done properly. This is a wonderful added touch and gives me peace of mind while I'm away from my beloved animals. Madeline's best feature besides her attentiveness and kindness is her ability to care for both dogs and cats! I know some sitters will only take on one animal so it's been lovely to trust one person to care for both. Madeline is even good with animals with health/behavior issues, which is amazing as most people in my experience are unfortunately not. My dog has behavioral issues and is on medication as a result. Despite Spooky being a scared and nervous dog, Madeline bonded with her through patience and kindness. This is no easy feat as it took my live-in boyfriend an entire year before Spooky learned to trust him. My cat, Bandit, on the other hand is friendly and affectionate. Madeline and Bandit got along great from the start and I think he actually looks forward to us going on trips so he can see Madeline again.
