Madeline is a dog-lover's dream sitter: not only is she charming herself, she seems to have taken my Waldo into her heart, as well as her family: he took one look at here when I dropped him off and trotted away with Madeline, never even saying "So long" to me! Later, after pick-up, Waldo told me he had a grand time...was pampered, got to watch movies, meet the rest of her family, and suffered no separation pangs whatsoever! Give Madeline all stars available! (Not so Rover.com's website. Your people -- esp. James -- were helpful and sympathetic to my frustration -- neither I nor my daughter-in-law could be assured until the last gasp that we could count on a sitter -- but your site is a nightmare to negotiate. Why so difficult!
