Pet care experience
I took care of my beloved yellow lab for 14 years, before he passed away last year. I always made sure he ate healthy, had tons of outdoor time, and exercises daily. I am experienced taking after dogs young and old. I would love to have a pup in my life again, and would be sure to love your dog as if they were my own! I live in Brooklyn, NY, but can easily commute into Manhattan or Queens. I am currently on a work sabbatical, so I am available at all hours of they day -- ideal for those who work long hours in the office & need someone to check in on their pup during the day!

A typical day
My dog Buddy loved to play fetch and go on long walks. I used to walk my dog on a three-mile stretch along the Hudson. Since moving to Brooklyn, I have taken my friend's dogs to play fetch in Prospect park, which is always a fun time for all! I am comfortable taking responsibility for dogs in activities both on and off leash -- I have experience corralling my dog back into his leash after fetch is done.
