Pet care experience
University of Arizona graduate student and research assistant, with a flexible schedule! I love dogs and cats of all sizes and will treat them as my own! I’ve grown up pet-sitting, dog-walking, house-sitting, etc. I have two fur babies of my own at home, a large pit mix (Belle) and a small tortoiseshell cat (Janet, the queen of the house). I have a VERY active lifestyle and would be happy to take your dogs on walks, runs, sniffaris (sniff safari!), hangouts, whatever they need! Dog walking, cat-sitting, check-ins, or house stays, I promise to treat your pets with the utmost care and respect ♥️.

Maddie was awesome with our dog Brooklyn and cat Macy! She kept us updated with daily texts and photos! I was so nervous about leaving my dog because of a previous boarding experience( not with Rover) but she put us at ease after meeting with her and seeing how much Brooklyn warmed up to her and loved her! She also left us a report card! I love that! She also wrote down a log for us about when she ate, and how much and that she got her meds! Brooklyn is a picky eater! so we very much appreciated all the effort and love she gave them! We will definitely be asking her to come back sooner than later! Thank you Maddie!!!!!
Madeleine did such a wonderful job with my girls while I was out of town. She let me know each time she stopped by and sent pictures. My girls were so happy when I got home and we're obviously very well loved while I was gone.

What do they like to do? Any favorite toys? Lick mats, kongs, supervised food puzzles? Favorite type of walk? Fast and alert, or slow and sniffy? Any reactivity while on leash/around other dogs on the street? How often should we go out on walks and to the bathroom? Do they need some time to get things moving, or do they go right out the door? Once or twice on a walk? Only in the back yard? Feeding schedule? Sleep schedule? Treat schedule? Are they on a diet? Any allergies or things to keep an eye on?
A typical day
Whatever you and your dog enjoy! Around the block, down the road, on a local trail, spend some time sniffing and enjoying the finer things of life. I’m happy to recreate your normal day, or take them on a fun new adventure!

Availability
My schedule is very flexible. I’m a full time graduate student and research who’s field work is local and minimal over the summer. I’m happy to be up at the crack of dawn or into the night to provide a safe walk for your pup.
