We were introduced to Maddie by a friend last year. We met for drinks and found out she has a cat and is also and animal lover (we're long-time volunteers at animal shelter/SPCA/catteries, etc). A few months later we were going out of town and asked if she could stay a week and watch our cats. Our cats are notably skittish and don't like to be around strangers but they befriended Maddie and she made them feel comfortable right from the start. My only disappointment is that she has moved and we've lost not only the perfect cat sitter but a good friend too - highly recommend.
