Pet care experience
I've been caring for animals independently since I was 7. My experience caring for fish, rabbits, parakeets, and cats has given me a wide range of pet ownership experience, and my friends and family have also trusted me with caring for their dogs for many years. I have two senior cats of my own and am comfortable caring for "babies" old and young. Whether you need your dog walked for two hours on a February morning (yes, I've done it) or just need someone to make sure your cat hasn't eaten your plants, I'm there for you. Can't wait to meet your pets!

Because I have two senior cats, I am not able to care for other pets in my own home. I have reliable transportation and can travel up to a 6-mile radius to provide in-home care, including walks, feedings, and basic medical care such as administering medication.

Please let me know if your pet has any special preferences or needs ahead of time, including medication, triggers, eating habits to encourage or avoid, exercise needs, and any behavioral issues I may encounter. IMPORTANT: Drop-in visits do not include walks. Walks are a separate service, and booking a drop-in does not accommodate the liability implied in removing a dog from their enclosed, safe home environment. If you require both, I will book your appointment as an extended walk and charge accordingly.
A typical day
If there's a favorite place or route they like to go near your home, please let me know and I would be more than happy to take them there! I DO NOT take dogs to dog parks or on hikes. The liability is too great of a risk.

Availability
Please read before booking! SCHEDULING: Meet and greets are REQUIRED for all dog bookings and all pets with special medical needs. I am currently free on weekdays before 10 and after 12! Weekends are also open, though less available, and may require more advanced scheduling. Please reach out for more information! PRICING: All standard 30 minute meet and greets are free! If you need additional time beyond that for whatever reason, please let me know in advance and I will schedule it as a drop in visit at the standard price. Meet and greets are weekdays only. I can provide transportation to and from veterinarians, groomers, or other appointments for a fee of $20/hr for additional time spent, including travel, and a gas mileage charge of $0.65/mile. Transport for emergency vet visits and in-home medication administration are ALWAYS free. If I feel I cannot accommodate your pets’ needs for any reason, I will let you know in advance of any booking confirmation to avoid any complications. CANCELLATION POLICY I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for any drop in appointments, as short-notice cancellations affect my income and availability. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before a drop in will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total cost for the cancelled appointment(s). Non-responses after multiple attempts to reach out regarding a confirmed appointment (ie I need to confirm a detail with you or otherwise reach out regarding our appointment) has been made will result in an archival of your request and a blacklist/blocking of your profile.
