Hi! I’d love it if you’d refer to me as Felix! I grew up in NYC and have helped care for family dogs for 14 years. I have also spent the last 10 years working hands on with wild animals in rehabilitation, specializing in behavior and have worked closely with vets. I love all animals and have a flexible schedule. I also have a strong education in animal welfare so your animals will be treated with respect and dignity when in my care. I am confident around most animals and am experienced at observing and monitoring behavior. Choose me because your dogs will make a new friend and be kept at ease when their favorite people can't be there. Weather you have strict rules, or go with the flow, I'm happy to adapt to your dogs needs. Hope to meet your pupper soon!

Maddy and I have been close friends since we were born, and out of all my friends who dog-sit for me, she is by far the best. Maddy has a natural affinity towards animals, and is able to quickly bond with them. She has also done years of conservation work to back this up. Now, whenever Maddy comes over, my dog is instantly filled with excitement and joy.

Pets are like family, so where I go they go but if you have special rules I’m happy to follow them! I live in a one bedroom apartment with a fenced porch on the second floor of a house. Your pet would never be anywhere in my home or yours without my close supervision. I have two cats that are sweet as pie. For longer stays, we would do a meet and greet to make sure they’ll get along but for day care, the cats can stay in the bedroom should personalities clash.

I have lots of experience with animals and worked closely with vets in my career in wildlife conservation so I’m very attuned to animal behavior but if there’s anything I should know about allergies, places they don’t like to be touched or things that might frighten them I’d love to know in advance!
A typical day
I’m not a great fit for dogs that need lots of activity, as I spend a lot of my day at home. But for your average pooch, we’ll go on a few walks around the neighborhood and hang out at home.
