Hi there! My name is Maddy and I moved to Denver in 2018 after graduating from UW-Madison with a degree in Geological Engineering. I’ve grown up with dogs all my life and have missed being around furry friends since moving to CO. I am very active and am able to take dogs on walks/runs early in the morning or in the evenings during the week. I am attentive and reliable; meaning I will treat your pup (or kitty) with as much love and respect as you do! I am available to check in to provide feedings or play time in the mornings/evenings in the comfort of their own space and home, or able to watch in my home as well. Caring for a dog is more than a hobby for Maddy, it's a passion. Her love for dogs is displayed by her gentle, nurturing touch that keeps the dog's needs as the priority. I have never been worried about leaving my dog with Maddy, only a little sad when my dog is reluctant to leave her! Her love for dogs is magnetic, to the point of her claiming that she only wants to go home to see her dog. I would not hesitate to call Maddy again to walk or take care of my dog.
Maddy is great with doggos! She has a big heart and experience with pups of all ages and breeds. My elderly lab adores her, as does my roommate’s young coton de tulear

I have a fenced in yard, but I am on the second level of an apartment building. There is a large open space park near my building. If I am in my clients home, I treat it with respect and cleanliness.

A typical day
Walks around Sloan’s Lake or strolling through the Highlands neighborhoods. Running around in the local dog parks or in the backyard. Belly rubs and scratches behind the ears. & of course, dog treats/bones for good boys and girls!

Availability
Generally in the mornings or evening, however can coordinate during the day as well. I have a more flexible work from home schedule so I am able to accommodate if necessary!
