Pet care experience
I grew up in a house full of pets, from dogs and cats to geckos, turtles, and guinea pigs. I had my first pet, a long-haired guinea pig, when I was in 3rd grade. Since then, I have raised 6 guinea pigs over the past ten years. When I was a freshman in high school I started pet sitting for my neighbors and I am still taking care of my neighbor's miniature schnauzer today. While I was living at home, I would have 5 dogs on my bed at once while I was doing homework.

I do not have a fenced in yard, but I am open to crates and taking frequent walks. Although I am in school, I spent a large amount of time at home and am able to keep a close eye on pets throughout the day and give them love.

A typical day
While taking care of a pet, I prioritize spending a lot of time with the pets and allowing them to feel comfortable with me. One way I like to do this is by giving them lots of outdoor time, whether that's in the backyard or going for walks at the park.

I'm currently studying Graphic Design at UGA, and am in school Monday thru Friday, but I live very close to campus and would be able to spend a good amount of time at home with pets.
