Pet care experience
Since I was younger I was the neighborhood go-to for animal care, my knowledge of animals is vast and ever growing. I've helped training puppies in my care, as well as helping senior dogs. I have years of experience in caring for everything from dogs to horses! I love animals, and will love your pets like they’re my own! I spent a whole summer working at a dog boarding facility caring for loved furry friends, and would be honored to care for your furry friends! *I am also Cat/Dog CPR and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross!* *I should also note that I am allergic to cats, so house-sitting requests with cats in the home unfortunately won’t be a good match*

11/10!! I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing Maddy was. She provided updates through the entire stay and even left reports on how the dogs acted, slept, and ate while we were gone. She has been, hands down, the best person I have found on Rover and of you can’t, tell by this point, I highly recommend her!
Maddy was amazing to work with! She communicated well and sent pics of our cute pup while we were away. Zoe (our goldendoodle) loved having her stay at our house. I was confident Zoe was taken care of and loved! Highly recommend booking with Maddy and we will be using her again for any future travel.

Before I come to care for your family member, I'd love to know what triggers them. We all have triggers, and knowing what to look for is very helpful when it comes to both my safety as well as your dog's safety. Do you have any tips for how to handle them in a time of distress? Is there anything I should be looking out for? It's important for me to know if they have any weaknesses, bad and good. Maybe they love to eat trash, but they're a sucker for peanut butter! This can be helpful for me to know so I can make the environment safe for them, as well as know how I can spoil them while you're gone!
A typical day
I enjoy doing what YOUR dog loves to do! Going on walks, going to the park, playing with their favorite toys, working on training, or just lounging around getting some seriously needed love

Availability
I’m a teacher and have gone back to work full time, so my Rover calendar has availability for a handful of holidays when school is not in session. My summer schedule is open for next year and I’ll be able to dedicate 100% of my time to your needs when school is out!
