Please specify if your pet is house trained or only crate trained. Does your pet have allergies, separation anxiety, or other health issues? Does your pet spend most of its time indoors or outdoors? Is your pet up to date on all shots and flea preventatives?

Fun activities include (but not limited to) jogging, fetch, making friends at the dog park, hammocking at the park, riding in the car with the windows down, hanging out under shade trees, belly rubs, play time, walks through Central Park.
