Maddie was kind and eager to take care of our pets over the holiday. I was a little disappointed with a few things that she did. Her first visit she did not complete, she had her boyfriend go into our home. She did not tell us before hand and I ended up texting her about it. She was sick and apologized. I completely understand things like this happen, I just felt it warranted a phone call or text to me to let me know. He also only let our dogs out for maybe 3 min. Not enough time to go potty, had to have my neighbor come let them out again. There were I believe two other times she had another person come into my home with her during visits. I did pet sitting for 4 years and coordinated all the pet sitting for a company as well. To me that's unprofessional, it takes a lot for someone to feel comfortable letting a stranger in their home to care for their fur babies. I felt very uncomfortable having multiple strangers in my home without my consent. We have cameras and nothing malicious happen, but it was still an uncomfortable feeling. There were 1 or 2 times that our dogs were not let out long enough again. Our cat box was never cleaned out and we were gone for 5 days.. Bottom line our animals were taken care of, they are always happier to be home rather than boarded. However I feel like Maddie could greatly improve her pet sitting skills by having better communication with her clients and not taking people with her on visits.

Maddie was such a help she went out of her way to make sure our dogs were fed, watered, and gave plenty of attention. She also sent us pictures while we were out of town. She is a trustworthy and outgoing person that we feel comfortable that our dogs are safe when we are not in town. Beau N
