Pet care experience
My husband and I would love to host your pup while you are away! We are a local DC couple with several years of experience, including the care for our eight year old dog, Jagr. We live in a three bedroom townhome, giving your dog plenty of space to make themselves feel at home. Your dog is welcome to sleep on our guest bed, in our crates, or any of our dog beds... we have four! We have a sweet, loving eight year old pit lab mix that is so friendly and would welcome your dog to our home with ease. We are happy to do a “meet and greet” to ensure you feel comfortable leaving your dog with ours. If desired, we will provide tons of “pupdates” while you are away to let you know how your dog is doing! As dog owners ourselves, we understand the need for updates on your best bud while you are traveling. Please note! We have a six month old baby, so pups must be child and baby friendly!

Maddie and Tanner are terrific! Our dog Betsy had a long stay and they were very communicative and sent us plenty of updates. They were flexible with pick up and drop off and made sure Betsy got her exercise every day. Their dog Jagr is as sweet as can be and made Betsy very happy.

Dogs are welcome to get cozy on our furniture, dog beds, or crates. We ensure dogs have access to plenty of water and follow the care instructions for meals. Your dog will be walked 2-3x/day depending on the weather and the dog's need for exercise. We ensure that all care plans are according to your wishes for your pup.
