Pet care experience
My name is Maddie and I have a degree in Biology and have taken many animal science and pre-veterinary classes. I have worked at pet care facilities doing bathing and grooming, as well as doggie daycare and boarding. Animals are my passion and I have been taking care of animals my whole life. I have owned many dogs growing up and I currently have a cat I adore. I have experience with dogs and cats but also guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and lots of types of fish! I love working with new animals and Rover is the perfect service for that. I can’t wait to meet your pets!!!

Maddie was really awesome and I would definitely recommend her! She watched my puppy for a week over Thanksgiving and sent lots of pictures and updates throughout! This was my first time using Rover and Maddie made it a great experience!
Maddie is an amazing girl that has an extreme passion for pets. She has cared for my Black Lab named Miller, and my Shih Tzu, Duke! They love spending time with her as she constantly gives them attention and plays with them. Her two dogs, Piper (Golden Retriever) and Fonzie (Shih Tzu) are extremely well behaved and active as she spends a lot of time with them outside/taking them to parks. Another bonus is that Maddie is currently going to school to be a vet, which shows her passion for our pets!

A typical day
There are lots of trails close to my apartment and a very nice loop that is perfect for walks! Lots of play time and 1 on 1 bonding.

Availability
I have an 8-4 job typically, but do get laid off for weather reasons so I’m available 24/7 when that does happen. Other than that, I’m available on the weekends and after 4pm.
