Pet care experience
I have owned dogs and cats my entire life and have been pet sitting for friends and neighbors for years. I started Rover in summer 2021 and I absolutely love getting to care for and spend time with animals on a regular basis. I am very experienced in caring for cats as well as dogs. I have also worked with elderly, blind, deaf, and limited mobility animals and I am comfortable administering oral and topical medications. On the other hand, I also love working with puppies and can work with high energy dogs as I love to hike and take long walks. Just let me know what your pet needs and I’m sure I can help :)

Maddie did a great job caring for our pets while we were away. Our dog doesn't warm up to everyone easily but she was very comfortable with Maddie. When we returned it was clear that the needs of our dog and our cats were met. It was reassuring knowing they were in good hands.

A typical day
The activities I like to do with dogs really depends on their individual needs. For lower energy dogs I will play with them at home and walk as needed and be sure to give them all the pets and attention they need. I love hiking so longer walks are an option for higher energy pups, or playing fetch outside.
